Literature Text

It had been a long day. You were tired and exhausted after the days events. You had been round Piccadilly Circus today, done loads of shopping and sight seeing. After seeing a musical you had called it a day and were now riding the Piccadilly You placed you backpack down on the seat next to you, full with stuff you had brought. You had gone out cosplaying with your friends that day. You were dressed in your Japanese school uniform/Sailor outfit. You adjusted the rather short skirt to cover you as much as you could. You fiddled with your white top and red bow, adjusting it in the train's window as you rode along. Looking at your reflection on the window as you shot through the dark tunnels. When you got onto the train there were loads of people and many had to stand up. Some passengers nearly falling as the train departed from each station. You had to stand for a few stops, but after you went through the major stations. More people were getting off the train than those getting on. It wasn't long until you were the only passenger still on the train. You sighed as you waited for your stop.  You were so tired you started to drift off to sleep. Leaning against the side of the carriage, you soon found yourself drifting off to sleep.

"So how was your shift last night?" Francis asked as he spotted his old friend Arthur walk down.

"It was alright, nothing new." He muttered. Arthur was wearing his smart blue shirt with matching trousers. A pair of smart black shoes and a little drivers cap. The pair of them were train drivers and worked on the Piccadilly line. They always worked in pairs, just incase something would happen to one of them. Also they always worked the later shifts for reasons... they preferred to keep quiet. Francis and Arthur walked down to the train they were about to take over. As they walked to the station the train stopped in front of them. The driver got out of the front section.

"She's all your boys." The driver muttered as he got off the train.

"Thank you." Francis smiled, noticing Arthur had gone rather pale.

"Does he need to sit down?" The driver asked noticing Arthur's state. Arthur spoke up.

"I'm fine, just a little thirsty." He said.

"Do you want me to get you a drink?" The driver asked.

"It's okay. I think I have a spare drink in here." Francis said, quickly looking into his bag and pulled out a bottle of 'Ribena' and handed it to Arthur. Arthur nodded and took a swig.

"Thanks Francis." He said closing the bottle. "I'll be fine."

"Okay..." The driver said unsure. He turned to walk away from the pair. As Francis and Arthur walked to get into the front of the train, the driver called back. "I think there is only one passenger left on the train. I don't expect any more people after this time." He said before walking away whistling to himself. Arthur and Francis looked at each other. One passenger left? Arthur took another long drink from the bottle and went to sit in the drivers cabin.

"There is always one." He muttered. Francis looked concerned at Arthur.

"You haven't been drinking lately have you?" He asked. Arthur glared at him and sighed.

"I'm been trying, but all of the marks... their blood is useless." He sighed, looking down at the bottle. "This blood is stale. I need some fresh blood." Francis looked down the train.

"He did say one more passenger was still here." Francis said, implying his next feed was only a short walk away. Arthur looked at him tired.

"What are the chances though, that it's a drunk or another drug user?" He said. Francis shrugged his shoulders.

"I can do a quick run down to check." He said looking down the train.

"Fine." Arthur sighed. As soon as he had permission Francis flitted down the train looking for the remaining passenger. His eyes quickly found your sleeping form. You were tucked up in a corner of one of the carriages, fast asleep. Francis looked over your frame. You had nice (h/l and h/c), your eyes were closed. You were wearing a very short outfit that fit nicely on your frame. As his eyes traveled down he could feel his hunger grown as he looked at your beautifully exposed legs. Moving down to your feet in little pumps. Francis examined your skin from the window. From what physical state your skin was in was normally a good indication of what your blood would taste like. Francis couldn't help but run his tongue over his fangs as he decided you were a perfect specimen. He had to pull himself away, or else he would be the one drinking from you that night. He didn't need to feed again for a while, but he could tell Arthur the good news. He quickly flitted back to his bad tempered partner.

"Arthur!" He said in an excited tone that some would call childish. Arthur looked to him.

"What is it?" He asked bored.

"The passenger." Francis was almost jumping up and down. Arthur raised an eyebrow at his actions. For Francis to get this excited over someone they would have to be very good looking.

"She's a girl." He bubbled. Arthur's eyes widened. His mother hen senses kicking in first.

"A girl all alone at night on the tube?" He asked concerned. Francis nodded, smiling.

"She's young as well, either in school or just finished." He said. "And she's in perfect condition." Francis said. Arthur didn't know what to think. Francis was clearly pleased about her and for the state he was in, it was worth it. But he felt a tad of guilt. Most vampires if they drank from human's run the risk of killing them. If it was only a young girl... he couldn't kill her. There was always the alternative of keeping her with him... then if she tasted good... he could. He stopped his train of thought. Abduction was worse then killing in some respects. In death, families could have closure and move on. In abduction... it leaves families with that sometimes false hope that the person may one day come home. That was why in some respects it was far better to kill victims then to take them away. His vampiric hunger growled inside of him. The thought of a young fresh unspoilt girl sounded perfect. His stomach groaned as he pictured you. It was too much, screw the consequences. He had needs too. He pulled Francis into the drivers cabin.

"Stop inside one of the tunnels." He said. "I'll feed then." He chuckled darkly. Francis smiled, turning the key he started the train. It pulled out of the station and travelled into the dark tunnel. Stopping in the depth of it. Francis nodded to Arthur as he powered down the train. Arthur slipped into the deserted carriages, walking down the train looking for you. He opened and closed each door, checking each one. His eyes hungry, his blood lust was starting to rule his thoughts. He wanted you... so badly. As he entered another empty carriage he saw you. Snoozing in the next carriage. How innocent you looked. He scanned your body, as he did so his lust grew even stronger. He could now see why Francis had gotten so excited. You looked perfect... good enough to eat. He ran the tip of his tongue over his sharp fangs. He was definitely in for a treat tonight.
Well after A Dip In A Pool went so well and the competition I'm writing for says aim for three stories... Here is another Creature feature!

This time its Vampire Arthur out on the prowl. I know you as the reader are not in the chapter very much, but I felt I needed to build the scene more. Setting it up rather well for part 2.

Fav and Comment if you like. Hope to post up the second part soon!
